Every roll that arrives at ADHETACK undergoes a three-stage quality-control process before warehouse acceptance. First, the barcoded label’s lot and product code are scanned into our ERP system to ensure full traceability. The roll is then rewound on a dedicated transfer line; during this step, the length is verified by a meter counter, and a visual inspection is carried out for potential defects such as telescoping edges, wrinkles, or contamination. Only rolls that fully meet the specified technical parameters are entered into stock, guaranteeing consistent performance on your production lines.
